Our Hours

On Boxing Day December 26th we will be available by appointment only.

We will however be open for our normal hours of 7am – 6pm from Tuesday December 27th to Friday December 30th, and from Tuesday January 3rd to Friday January 6th.

We are closed for the New Year’s Day Observance holiday on Monday January 2nd.

Bookings for our services will have New Prices after November 30th (but see below for a special time-limited condition) :

  • Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage $95/hr, $70/½hr
  • Physiotherapy $90/½hr
  • Swedish Relaxation Massage $60/hr
  • Pilates Group Session (max 4) $22.50/hr/pp
  • Cardio Boxing Session (max 2) $35/hr/pp
  • Personal Trainer (1-on-1) $70/hr
  • Sports & Postural Taping from $10
  • Sports Trainer Coverage from $35/hr
  • Moor Therapy from $40/hr
  • Sports Event Risk Assessment from $40/hr
  • Sports First Aid Supplies P.O.A.
  • Sports Strapping (on customer site)
  • Sports Taping Training } minimum
  • First Aid Training } 6 participants

We also provide

  • Postural Assessment
  • Balance Assessment
  • Management & Treatment of Sports Injuries

Half-hour Treatments and Concession Rates are also available.

Time-critical Condition

Before December 1st, we can supply half- and one-hour Gift Vouchers at the pre-December rate ($50 and $90 respectively), and we will accept them for services delivered from 1st December when our new prices apply. Also, bookings made in November for the month of December will also have the pre-December rate ($50 and $90 respectively) applied.
